The process is fairly simple, although most people do not know that broccoli leaves and stems are edible. To me they are the best part of the broccoli. When I was a kid, I remember broccoli being sold with so many more leaves. I miss that broccoli for sure. It’s very hard to find unless you have a good farmers market by, or you grow it yourself.
