Sourdough-Cinnamon Bread Recipe

This bread has all the great tastes of a cinnamon roll or cinnamon bun, but has more texture...more dense. It's the perfect bread to compliment your morning coffee.
This recipe was developed using sourdough starter to give the bread a little added flavor. I also used sourdough starter because so many people contact me to let me know that they have tons of starter and they would like to make something else besides sourdough bread. This is a perfect way to use your sourdough starter without having to discard any.
The cinnamon-sugar mix used in the recipe can be added to fit your taste. The dough itself has a sweet taste and a dense-soft texture.
125g sourdough starter
23 g light brown sugar
265g all-purpose flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar
3/4 tablespoon cinnamon (Ceylon)
You will need more plant-based butter for spreading on the dough.
Add the cinnamon-sugar mixture to your taste.
